The flavor is pretty short lived. More instructions would be helpful. One pouch definitely made a difference. Tried two pouches and was more than I needed for the workout. Made my heart race a little.

I was hesitant to purchase as I have tried other products with the same promises MRDR made. I have not been disappointed at all. I usually use one when I had head to the gym and through my entire workout and I stay focused and am able to push through my workouts when I aam not in the right head space.
The bigger advantage is on my cycling training rides. I use two pouches and the very first ride I used them on I felt a huge difference. Again my focus was much better and I was able to sustain a faster pace throughout my entire ride. My average speed has increase thus far by 1.5 mph and my legs do not get nearly as burned out as before using the MRDR pouches.
