I was a little nervous when buying these because I have had several bad experiences with pre workout products making me nauseous and jittery over the years. I decided to give these a try and hope for the best, I put in 2 pouches my first workout with them and had an amazing workout. They taste great, make you focused and give you the energy you need to work hard, not crash and does not give you the shakes like some other pre workouts I have used. I just received my second order and on my next order will put on a subscription because I have no intention of using anything else going forward!!

As far as the product is concerned.
1: the pouches are huge. How are you supposed to put 3 in your mouth, still talk or workout comfortably?
2 before I ordered the product never knew it would take 3 pouches to supposedly reach optimal effectiveness
3 even taking 3 pouches neither me nor my workout partner felt any “spark” or any pump
4 they taste horrible ( artic dew)
5 there is only 15 pouches per can. So….5 workouts???
Overall I feel like this was a complete waste of mone and that’s sad because I was really looking forward to them.

These were great! As a personal trainer, I’d recommend taking these at least 1 hour before your workout and I’d avoid having anything in your mouth when doing some exercises or cardio. But other than that, keep up the good work guys! Excited to see your business grow!
